Instructions for
contributors
Presenting works
Works submitted for publication,
in English should be sent to the
Magazine’s Editorial Office using the following e-mail
address:
segreteria.pagri@informatoreagrario.it and
copied to
cicerchia@inea.it
With the script, an attachment which includes e-mail address,
telephone number, university or professional qualification,
home university or organisation and a brief
bio-bibliographic information note about the Author/s should
be enclosed.
Preparation of the article
The text, with keywords and JEL code, should be divided into
paragraphs (title in bold) and sub-paragraphs (title in
italics) and numbered in ascending order. Terms in foreign
languages should be written in italics; terms to be
emphasised and quotes shall be inserted between inverted
commas. The article, including tables, figures and
bibliography, must not be longer than 30,000 characters
including spaces.
Notes
Acknowledgements and related information must appear as
unnumbered notes. Other notes shall be numbered continuously
(1, 2, etc.) and shall appear on the page in which they are
referred to.
Abstract
The abstract, written in English, must introduce the work in
a comprehensive way. The abstract text must not be longer
than 2,000 characters.
Graphs, figures and tables
Graphs, figures and tables must be numbered in ascending
order (graph 1, graph 2, etc.; figures 1, figures 2, etc.;
table 1, table 2, etc.) and relative references in the text
should be written in italics. Graphs must be completely in
black and white, contain the titles of axes (as well as of
the graph itself) and not contain frame outline, grid or
background in the tracing area. As well as being transcribed
in the text in their original position and size, they shall
be transcribed separately onto Excel spreadsheets, clearly
indicating the number, caption and possible notes. The
author must assign a brief title to every graph, figures and
table, also indicating the source. The author must enclose
the data tables used for the graphs construction. The
preferable position will be that indicated by the author on
the copies received by the Editorial Office. Tables must
also be in black and white and edited in Microsoft Word.
With regard to the figures, colour is not accepted,
therefore they must be sent in jpg format, 300 dpi
resolution, in grayscale.
Bibliographic references
The bibliography, which shall be unnumbered and ordered
alphabetically by author, will be presented at the end of
the text and must only include works quoted in the script.
Quotes in the body of the text can simply include the
surname of the author and the year of publication in
brackets. In case of later editions or translations from
original language, it will be necessary to reference the
year of first publication and the particular edition
referred to. For bibliographic referencing of reports/communications
presented at Conferences, it shall be necessary to report
the year of publication of the proceedings and the date on
which the Conference was held. If proceedings have not yet
been published, report only the date on which the Conference
was held. For bibliographic referencing of little-known
authors or bodies it is advisable to report the full name
next to the acronym.
In the event that a passage taken directly from the quoted
bibliographic references is copied in the script, it is good
practice to indicate the number/s of the page/s from which
the quote was taken. In the bibliography, monographs and
articles are cited in the following way.
For monographs: the surname of the author and
the initial of the first name, the year of publication in
brackets, the title of the work in italics, the location of
the edition, the editor.
For articles: after the name of the author and
the year of publication, report the title of the article,
the complete title of the publication in italics, the volume
in Roman numerals, the issue number, the article initial and
final page numbers.
With regard to consulted websites, it is necessary to note
the date (day, month, year and time) on which the site was
accessed due to the constant updates websites are subject to.
Publication of articles
Articles which have passed the anonymous referees assessment
and, as a consequence, will be accepted by the management of
L’Informatore Agrario and by the Scientific
Department will be published.
Indicazioni per
i collaboratori
Presentazione dei lavori
I lavori sottoposti per la pubblicazione,
in lingua inglese,
segreteria.pagri@informatoreagrario.it e in
cc. a
cicerchia@inea.it
e-mail, recapito telefonico, qualifica universitaria o
professionale, università o ente di appartenenza e breve
nota informativa bio-bibliografica dell’Autore/i. Gli
articoli dovranno
essere corredati da un abstract in inglese.
Preparazione dell’articolo
in paragrafi (titolo in grassetto) e sub-paragrafi (titolo
in corsivo) numerati in modo progressivo. I termini
lunghezza dell’articolo, comprese tabelle, figure e
bibliografia, non deve superare le 15 cartelle (30.000
caratteri spazi compresi).
Note
Ringraziamenti e relative informazioni dovranno apparire in
nota non numerata. Le altre note avranno numerazione
continua (1, 2, ecc.) e dovranno essere inserite nella
pagina dove sono richiamate.
Abstract
L’abstract, in inglese, deve presentare in maniera esaustiva
figura 2, ecc.; tabella 1, tabella 2, ecc.) e i relativi
richiami nel testo vanno scritti in corsivo. I grafici
quella indicata dall’autore sulle copie pervenute in
Redazione.
Riferimenti bibliografici
Convegno. Per il riferimento bibliografico di lavori di
autori o enti poco conosciuti, è opportuno riportare, a
direttamente dai riferimenti bibliografici citati, è buona
dell’articolo.
